    Who you got?

I got Robinson by KO within 3 rounds.

    Nate Robinson...from the NBA? :dunno

That is pretty damn random. I've got the Killer Midget, assuming he isn't literally just lacing up gloves for the first time in his life in the run-up.

I still have fond memories of Nate Robinson taking over in the playoffs in the absence of Derrick Rose and blocking Lebron. An incredibly exciting player when he was fired up and trying to carry a team on his shoulders.

Best little man since Muggsy/Spud.

    Entertaining character off court, too.

Jake Paul, without a doubt. The Paul brothers seem like classy guys, NOT. Naw they seem like world class dougebags, but the thing is, Jake Paul is actually training like a fighter. Dude is actually sparring on the regular while Nate Robinson seems to be doing nothing but mitt work, some bag work, and conditioning. Even with the mittwork I've seen, it is not the type of training that will help in a fight. His feet are very stationary, basically stuck in one spot, no punching and moving, and no angles. It's the type of mitt work I see my friend's little kids doing on instagram. Flashy but lacking in any substance. I am very interested in this fight, almost as much as the main event. I mean, Nate is a world class athlete, and has insane fast twitch muscles when it comes to jumping, I just do not see how it will translate to fighting. Maybe if he trained for a few years i would give him a better shot. But Jake Paul will most likely stop him. Paul actually has a solid jab, he is the bigger guy and seems to have some pop for a youtube boxer. And most importantly, dude is actually sparring!!!! So because of size, and real training (nor pretend training), I am going to go with Jake Paul by TKO.

He is actually training, and has quite a substantial head start on Nate (as far as seriously training with an eye toward competing in the ring, anyway) - but the fact remains that for all his training its end result was still looking pretty crappy against KSI, both in their exhibition and pro go-round. :nusenuse:

I don't usually go for the "world class athletes from other sports can become great at boxing with just a single camp" mentality (and much as I like Nate, he probably wasn't even world class elite in his prime, years ago...but he was always damn athletic nonetheless) - you have a guy with quicker legs even now probably, greater agility or at least range of motion, the muscle-memory foundation of slick footwork needed to be a running point guard, experience making quick decisions and clutch transitions on his toes, and more developed fast-twitch upper-body muscles than has the influencer doofus from his years of being a gym bro and just targeting his pecs and biceps and the other vanity areas for cosmetic reasons.

I don't consider Jake Paul "the real boxer" in this one. Neither of them is.

Me too! He’s got a couple fights under his belt and is very athletic. I hate these amateur type hype fights but will be rooting for Nate. He was a little warrior on the court and I’ll always be a fan.
