What percent of pro fighters have day jobs?

    It's got to be at least 98% of them? And I'd bet that less than half a percent can actually make enough money after taxes and such to retire comfortably once their career is over.

    I don't think the number is that high.

    I think it's any fighter that makes less than 100K a fight.

    I don't know, lots of guys don't have much left after taxes and all those fees. Seems like a nightmare @JOKER .

    Last year, fighting on prime time television both times, Efe Ajagba's purse for Amir Mansour was $8,000 and his purse for the Kiiladze fight was $15,000.

    I have never known a pro boxer without another job. XD

    In my country you cant live by boxing, unless champion of europe, AT LEAST. AT THE VERY LEAST. And obviously the ones I knew were journey men, so no european championship for them.
