New Zealand i think is even stricter than Australia, as New Zealanders can come to certain parts of Australia but Australians can't go there without quarantining. That adds another hurdle for Parker bringing in a replacement even from just across the detch.

Nope. New Zealand has some of the strictest quarantines in the world. It takes time. Also - Fa is a big name here. So no "replacement" will do.
