    No. Angelo Rottoli, who challenged Carlos De Leon for the cruiserweight title, died this year from Covid as well.

    As for Roldan, he was one of the best contenders in a solid era of middleweights. Even though the official KD that he scored against Hagler was quite dubious, he did give Marvin a lot of trouble for a few rounds before MMH took control.

    Roldan blew up big as an elephant after retiring (look up pics of him), I am sure his heart has been screaming for 30 yrs, much like Wilfredo Gomez'. R.I. P. And tanks for the memories "ElMartillo"!!!!!!

    Terrible news about Roldan. He had some memorable fights and faced some tough opposition. A quality contender. If I were asked to picture what an Argentinian fighter looked like, Roldan would probably be the one who popped into my head.
