Who is the Greatest fighter in each division who lacked speed?

    Heavy: Liston

    Cruiser: ??????

Light-heavy: Moore (perhaps because he was already 40+ when he was champ).

Charles was fast, Langford too from what i have seen, Foster had serious handspeed, Spinks as well, and Conn and Tunney were very quick. Jones Jr was a speed demon, so Moore is my pick.

    Middleweight: Monzon

Welterweight: I'll have to think long and hard here. SRR, SRL, Armstrong, Hearns and Mayweather as well as Pc were extremely quick. Napoles was quite quick too. I can't think of anyone right now.

I am thinking Toney at cruiser but i am not sure. Toney was fast in his prime and he fought a great fight vs Jirov, but he had lost a little bit of speed when he made to cruiser.

Holyfield was very quick as a cruiser and so was Usyk. I think i might go with Toney although he wasn't slow at all.

Napoles wasn't quick, he just bounced around a lot, which gave the illusion of speed and agility. Nearly all of the WWs from the era of Rodriguez/Griffith/Napoles seem slow actually... Rodriguez, Paret, Griffith, Napoles, all seem slow or of average speed and agility.
And at FW I'd pick Salvador Sanchez.

Sanchez was quicker than Arguello but most people rank Sanchez ahead at featherweight

Yeah but Arguello's FW belts were paper belts. None of the guys he beat to win or defend his titles even has a Wikipedia page except for Ruben Olivares (1 win) and Royal Kobayashi, who was nothing special.

Liston`s handspeed was quicker than most heavies hand speed in today`s game, Moore was as quick as any light heavy today. Monzon combo`s were very quick, when he threw a shot the next shot followed in an instant one of his main strengths.

Napoles had quick reflexes and handspeed compared to most of today`s welter`s.

McCallum was faster at 154 than at 160, look how quick the left hook that knocked Curry out was and he was better at slipping shots than most light middles are today.

The heavier most fighters are the slower they get, same thing with Ali, even though he started at heavy, in the 70`s he put weight on and slowed down, at times in the 70`s he would shed weight and get some of his old speed back, the heavier Toney got the slower he was, his body was very soft at the heavier weights, he was extremely quick at 160.

sure. But i was comparing Liston more to Ali, Louis, Holmes, Tyson, Frazier etc and he was slower than most.

Moore was probably as quick as today's light heavies but slower than Charles, Foster, Spinks, Jones Jr, Conn etc.

Mccallum wasn't slow, but had average speed. Norris, Mugabi, Wright & Vargas were very fast at 154, & McCallum didn't have that level of speed.

Nah, apart from Danny and Errol, I’d say everyone else, including Thurman, has clearly faster hands than Napoles and everyone else from the Rodriguez/Griffith/Napoles era.

I would say today’s top heavyweights like Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Usyk, Povetkin and Ruiz all have quicker handspeed than Liston. You are probably right about Liston being quicker than Kubrat Pulev and Joe Joyce though.

Joyce has far faster combo`s than Pulev and he`s swift when finishing a fighter, Liston`s combo`s were quicker than AJ`s combo`s were v Wlad, AJ looked a little ponderous in that fight.
