That is because you had already made your mind up BEFORE watching the fight. Your posts have revealed you commented on that fight BEFORE watching it, as you did with many other fights. Your card has therefore zero credibility!! The general opinion and as well the opinion of the broadcast is that Toney won that fight. A draw is already stretching it. You keep referring to punch stats when Mike only landed 3 more punches in the entire fight!! Toney landed the cleaner, harder punches and had Mike out on his feet!! I watched this fight life and I know how it was regarded at the time. You are just some youtube guy with an agenda who of course turns up with 1 point lead against the guy you hate!!! Toney- Peter I: Toney outboxed him. I have a hard time seeing how anybody could score it for Peter. The fight was regarded as controversial at the time. The broadcast as well as a lot of the press row had it for Toney. Toney-Tiberi: This was actually a close fight but I never scored it round for round. It has no relevance to the subject matter of the thread (how good a fighter Toney was) as Toney was in such poor condition. Toney-Oquendo: A close fight that could have gone either way. Now Oquendo had a habit of losing those type fights because of his lack of aggression. I scored it for Toney as he was the aggressor and has built up a considerable lead in the first half of the fight. Now, of course Toney did lose other close calls like the Griffin fights in his career so it is not like he has been favoured by the judges overall. Again, I am not interested in debating cards with you as you view and score everything against Toney.
McGrain Here is the problem. You are attacking this guy over and over again of his scoring of a fight. You've been attacking his scorecards ceaselessly. To me, even if he's wrong, he still has more right to talk about the subject and share his opinion than you. All these fights where you are so sure Toney lost - I suspect you haven't scored any of them. You've refused repeatedly to produce scorecards for many of them.
