The fight would never happen but if it happened within the next 12 months I would still fancy Amir Khan to beat Conor. I don't think he's that old or that shot to lose to an inexperienced British level fighter who is small ish at the weight and does not carry one punch power. I would give CB a chance, and he will have some success but in the short term he would not have enough to beat Khan.
****ing hell talk about getting carried away. Benn was very impressive on the weekend against what turned out to be a ridiculously tough but very limited fighter in Formella. No way is he ready at this stage to beat a Khan or Brook even if they are on the slide.
lol a hype job 17 undefeated 13 kos beat prograis ,baranchky and postal good chance become undisputed at the weight in only 18th fight ,he may be p4p best British fighter we have at the moment, certainly between him and Tyson fury
Long time reader of the forum. And I can't believe no one seems to call out this stupid troll @james5000 for his clear anti-white racism and constant Anti British trolling attention seeking nonsense. Amazing how he doesn't get banned. All the fighters he trolls/minimizes/hates are White British - Josh Taylor, Luke Campbell, Liam Williams, Billy Joe Saunders, Callum Smith, Callum Johnson Yet the only Brits he supports all have brown skin - Conor Benn, Chris Eubank Jr, Kell Brook, Amir Khan. It's clear racial trolling, do that the other way around and there would be an instant ban.
Hes a kiwi New Zealand ***** who is anti everything White British. He just comes on the Brit forum to troll about all the top Uk white fighters like Taylor, Williams, Campbell, whilst hyping Conor Benn and Eubank Jr LOL He even used to hype that Turkish bum Avni Yildirim
Easy win for khan. As everyone knows theres levels to boxing. Khan would get to him first every single time. I dont rate benns durability either probably more because he has to throw big almost everytime to keep on top in a fight will leave him exposed eventually. Big heart tbf but hes missed too much boxing without having a naturally good boxing brain to make up for it. They,ll need to match him carefully. Tbf to benn hes a naturally talented kid...athletically good. Big heart. I actually rate his power as well...he just doesnt have the boxing nouse to use it properly. Eubank juniors the same...they throw damaging shots...just dont really have the nouse to use it properly. The difference is that pretty much everyone at the top level has a terrific boxing brain. Even if sometimes it doesnt always show its just that there usually up against against guys that either have more tools than them or an even better boxing brain. Khans actually one of the exceptions at the higher level....in that his boxing iq,s terrible. But hes a physical freak with his speed and had the oppertunity to learn from the very best in guys like roach. He still ended up falling short against most of the good guys he fought because of his lack of boxing iq. The same fate awaits benn...but no reason why he cant hsve a good career. Think they,ll match him carefully...but beating khsns a pipedream imo. Khan has too many physical tools over him. He doesnt have the boxing iq...to be able to come back at khan after khans went first. Usually a big problem for khan.
Conor has the speed and ever improving skills IMO to time and catch A Mere Con consistently enough to get the stoppage, yes Benn isn't a puncher but he does have some pop on his punches and against this badly faded, borderline shot version of Con that's all you need. Won't happen though, no doubt The Glass Hipped one is holding out for a final mega payday with someone like Pacquiao in Saudi Arabia, losing to Benn or a similar none name would put him completely out of the running for a megafight with Pac.
If for instance this fight was put together, i am sure it will be billed as a megafight for Conor no! Khan whatever people think of him, and i am not his biggest fan by the way totally schools Benn, he has forgotten more than Conor knows.
