Terence Crawford. 135 and 140 were garbage divisions.

Adrien Broner. 6? time world champion and the best fighter he beat for a belt was Paulie Malignaggi and it's arguable that Paulie won that fight.

My vote. The universe had to work in his favor big time for him to even get a title shot. Let’s recap Tyson Fury defeats Wlad Klitschko and in IBF fashion he is stripped within 10 days so even if the rematch was to happen the IBF would not have been on the line. The mando was Glazkov and the IBF ordered a purse bid for Glazkov vs Martin..

The fight is here and nothing happens the first 2 rds. 3rd round Glazkov knee pops out of place as he slips while the two were tangled. He can no longer plant his feet and falls while throwing a punch.. at the end of the rd it is clear he’s torn his acl so instead of a no contest Charles Martin wins the IBF HW championship by TKO..

At least the other guys legitimately won a fight to become champion this guy became champion by luck and a technicality.. Then gets overpayed by $6.9 to usher in the AJ era..

I would have to say De la Hoya. He was blessed with good looks a gold medal fast hands powerful left hook good straight right student of the game one of the all-time greats. Not only that he also took on all the best and had a Hall of Fame career. The things that fell into his lap were women, he hit the jackpot with meeting Richard Schaefer and starting Golden Boy. Schaefer was a business mogul/bank owner. De la Hoya kind of lucked out to have him as his business partner. He knew when to get out of the game and didn't stay too long keeping his faculties his marbles and somewhat his sanity. Plus I haven't heard too many stories of him having to owe anyone money could be true maybe not as he is eyeing a come back against Chino manana. Yeah yeah, he wore fish net stockings but in general he knew what the female audience wanted: singer, model, boxer. Before the Hopkins fight Bernard said quote de la Hoya doesn't look like a fighter but he really is one, unquote and I guess he never took a Savage beating lol. Pacman derailed him but he was somewhat shot at that point. Not to mention he had a crap load of money given to him by his promoter Bob and HBO. Also King of the pay-per-views.

Women coming that easy is never a good thing, hence the fishnets and high heels episodes. Good things should take time and effort.
