I would like to see this fight made, I think it's a step up from Little, not that the version of Little that Babic fought was much of a challenge, against a journeyman who has lasted the distance against a number of prospects and caused a few small shocks in the last couple of years too. Kamil was iced a few months ago against the Khazakstan KO machine that is Zhan Kossobutskiy (14-0, 12 KO's) but there's no shame in that and I think he and Babic, both pretty much the same height, would be a decent fight to watch.
Yeah Dave Allen mention that this should be Babic next opponent in his opinion and I agree (although i still prefer to see Babic rushed due to his age and put against Price,, which would be risky but worthwile fight for him). As far as journeyman go he's one of best capable of causing upsets.
Perfect next fight for him! Then Price. He is calling out Hrgovic but he is not ready for him and wont ever be - just too small.
Seems like the logical next step. Kamil is fairly durable and would at least punch back, it would be a decent stoppage to add to his resume. Like has been mentioned, Babic is being built until he fight Hrgovic who will smash him but he should be fun to watch in the meantime!
There is a good chance that Kamil would beat Babic. He is a far better boxer and would not take a dive. Whether he would actually get the decision win on the cards is doubtful. As a journeyman he is usually robbed.
He would be a good replacement opponent but I would like him to fight a Charles Martin or a charr. He might get beat in those but its not someone I'm that bothered about. If the end game is against hrgovic in Croatia, I am not to excited about it. I won't be going to Croatia for it thats for sure.
It might make sense but surely Hearn can dig up any one of Skelton, Sprott, Dallas or even get Tomas Mrazek on the blower.
Mad int it...he’ll get behind the Croatian Dave Allen but he’s dropped Hunter (who doesn’t ask for huge wedge) like a bag of spuds.
Kamil has gone the distance with the likes of Price, Browne, Gorman, Bakole to name a few, he's also iced then unbeaten prospects Ball and Dickinson, he's done all this whilst being a lorry driver. I'd love to see him on a Matchroom card against Babic, getting some exposure from the Babic hype, it would probably be his best payday, the only concern would be that that payday might come at the cost of another dodgy L on his record, especially with Eddie and what seems to be his latest gimmick, there were a few Allen fights that looked questionable, Nebo, Browne and Darch all looked like soft stoppages.
