Gorman is going to be the next british level gatekeeper/punchbag after dave allen and tom little retire.

Wardley would win, Gorman has skill but is a lazy fat pig.

Wardley is still raw but has good basics and can bang. Gorman can box but has nothing to deter Fabio with. As soon as Wardley realises this, maybe around the third, he walks straight through Nathan.

I like both these guys. I think both are interesting prospects. Wardley is obviously on the rise while Gorman is in the doldrums.

I don't know why I like Gorman, I just do. I think he is one of the guys in the group who is just happy sitting in the corner of the pub having a drink with his mates. Now that is what he shouldn't be doing if he wants to be serious about boxing.

Why people like or dislike the image others project is a complex subject. It is why Matchroom is very open that fighters who attract attention has a value above and beyond their boxing talent and if you combine the two you can end up a star.

Gorman is likely never to be a star but there is something about him which makes me and a small group of others interested in his journey.

Wardley is I think a potential world level guy. Not that he has done anything to prove it but for me it's the infamous "eye test". However, I think Wardley in 18 months has managed to achieve virtually as much as Dubois and his much vaunted WBO rating.

I don't see gorman ever getting in shape or living the life as they say wardley looks good and that big ko of lartey quicker than dubois, hearn will build him he will go far

While it is unlikely, I am still holding out hope for Gorman. I think he can be a good British/Euro level fighter if he devotes himself to his craft.

This fight was scheduled for September 17 on a Wasserman show but it has now been postponed until November because Wardley is injured. The fight is now being scheduled for November.

]no chance if gorman had six pack he would be about 15 stones and that is just over 200 pounds i believe 240 pounds is about 17 and a half stone
