Good to see after all the crap this year AJ is milking money out the 1,000 people attending opposed to actually giving them away to key workers etc.

 

How do you know they arent giving them away?

Don't be so harsh on "AJ". Do you really expect JD sport, Google, Under Armour, Bulk Powders, Lucozade, Jaguar Land Rover, British Airways, Hugo Boss, Beats and his countless private investments to put food on the table?

I rather see AJ fight with the tickets going on sale than cancel the fight and not fight at all during the pandemic because it can't generate money to meet his demands (like others have done).

 

No one is forcing anyone to purchase tickets, this is business.

 

I'm definitely going to try and get tickets for this, looking forward to seeing Joshua back in the ring.

The objective of a business is to make a profit for its directors and shareholders.

 

One of the main components of celebrity endorsement and marketing is brand exposure, and you're asking me how I know who he's affiliated with? I don't know what rock you've been living under, but corporations generally do a good job of letting people know who they pay a lot of money to market their brand. We do live in the "information age", so how this has bypassed you I have no idea. Not a very observant person.

And there are a plethora of ways to do so. Altruism is one such way of doing so, by "giving" to those without power (the fans) and in turn, attracting corporate partnerships as part of what is essentially a PR stunt, and extracting even more cash from such corporations.
