You've absolutely been in RBRs covering this man before. I'm confused by this. Anyways he's 7-0, 7 KOs. 6'4", long ass reach, switch hitter with good power in both hands and good footwork. He's a heavy boy too, prime weight around 230-240 I'd say.
Well... I do most cards from beginning to end, and I see roughly 1500 matches per year. So one could be forgiven for forgetting someone on an undercard, that evidently didn't impress me in the least. I have a good memory, but for some reason... I can't recall, although now that you bring it up, I just checked Boxrec, I do vaguely remember seeing the Rodney Hernandez match. But.... that was Rodney Hernandez. Big whoop.
I rate Anderson highly and think that he can win a world title at some stage. His style reminds me of Jarrell Miller (hopefully without all the PEDs). Wouldn't suprise me in these two do end up fighting for a title at some stage.
He was a 2X US national amateur champion prior to turning pro. A HW switch hitter (extremely rare) and he shows potential but he isn't anywhere remotely ready for a top 10 or 20-25 guy yet. Everybody doesn't need to be rushed.
I seem to recall you liking what you saw from him. I don't remember anyone having many if any complaints about Anderson. He's a real blue chipper. Actually has some defensive skills and lateral movement unlike the likes of Dubois or Ajagba.
My man @ShovelHook learning slack-jawed suck 'as since back in Nam. From this point forward i refer to you as Lt. Dan and Lt. Dan only.
Too early for Anderson, but he looks a lot looser in there then guys like DD and Ajagba and I mean that in a good way.
