Tyson Fury will take Aj out in 1 round

Unlikely to ever happen, but it would be absolutely hilarious if Joshua goes in round 1 though.

Am I the only one on here who is a fan of both Joshua and Fury?? I honestly think it's a 50-50 fight and cannot wait until they finally step in that ring to fight.

AJ can't take the pressure yes, but Fury is not a pressure fighter. AJ will punish Fury if he tries to put pressure on him, because they are of similar sizes.

Fury has a susceptible chin, Cunningham, Klitshcko and Wilder exposed it. In round 12, Fury was close to be knocked out by Klitschko.

 

So you think a guy who went 19 rounds with a guy who knocked out everyone he'd previously faced, and 12 rounds with Klitchsko, who then went on to put Joshua on his arse, has a susceptible chin?

Wilder dropped him twice.
And Cunningham, a light punching Cruiserweight, sent him flying.

 

Sure, but that doesn't mean he has a bad chin. It's heavyweight boxing. Wilder knocked out every person he fought. He didn't knock Fury out. Clearly Fury has good powers of recovery. You can't discount that when discussing his ability to take a punch.

I am pretty sure that susceptible doesn´t mean bad in this context.
Fury clearly has a decent chin, but like you said, his ability to recover seems to be his best asset. Similar to Juan Manuel Marquez.
Or Sergio Martinez. Those two got dropped fight after fight, but always got up and recovered in an instant.

Some seem to act as if Fury is this iron chinned monster, and he is not. He can get hurt by an average puncher. It doesn´t take anything special to do so. Just skills. And Fury is himself one of the best boxers in the division.

 

Round 7/8 like Wilder

Round 4 is where AJ starts to unravel.

Only way it will be earlier is if AJ just basically does what he did in his early years and go straight after Fury, but he isn't built like Hagler to go to WAR & be successful.

Boxing job early, slowly falls behind, then it's fight or flight mode, has to go after Fury wasting his stamina, something Wlad chose not to do because he knew he'd gas out and get stopped.

AJ goes in there and survives after falling behind on scorecards he is going to get ravaged by fans.

AJ has to do what Wlad failed in doing and that is use some of his physical size paired with youth to get aggressive with Fury in spots.

He'll definitely look to employ the Wallin touch the body then to the head strategy, won't last for long though.

Even though AJ is a much more dangerous puncher in close Fury is way too tactful and smart in close to be in any danger from him. AJ will think it's a potential strong spot for him in the fight but quickly find out the hard way it's a bad bad place to be.

AJ will be down 2 rounds on stamina just by the opening bell, he knows Fury is going to give him hell.

 

I'm also a fan of both. I think it's just you and me mate.
