Holy was nice too, but not in Tyson's league in terms of excitement.
And Tyson was no longer Tyson when he fought the roided cheat.

Everything that I know to be available of Sanchez, Arguello, Chacon, Hagler, and Saad.

Coming from someone who used to think this, you’ll snap out of the Tyson fan boy mode eventually.

    Holmes
    Arguello
    Hagler
    Hearns
    Franklin/Saad
    Duran
    Pedroza
Basically all the greats from the late 70's early 80's are still my favorite to rewatch

No, you're right. He's quite a few above it.
Well then who was he? :dunno

He's a few levels beneath it. Ask any casual fan who's the most exciting boxer and most will tell you Tyson. A lot of people outside America haven't even heard about Holyfield or they only know him due to Tyson.

You know very well what I meant. He wasn't as good as he used to be.

No I won't. This is my assessment of his ability. I named 4-5 boxers who could potentially beat him. I pretty much favor him over anyone else.

Probably Larry Holmes and Roberto Duran. A lot of SRL and Cuevas too.

Why would I ask a casual fan? That's like referencing the opinion of someone who failed science to explain why your theory is right to your professor. It makes no sense

"Ah, see I'm right because the stupid people agree with me!"
Completely down to his own fault. Holyfield wins at any time in the 90s.

Being a casual fan doesn't mean they are stupid.

Yes, it was his fault, but that's besides the point.

Perhaps, perhaps not. I reckon a early 90s Tyson has a decent chance of winning.

Well then what is the point?
You also think that you can beat Jack Sharkey and outbox Floyd Mayweather.

Probably Muhammad Ali because I've seen most of his pro fights, a few of his amateur fights and also sparring and exhibitions.
He fought a lot of rounds.

Casual fans just don't watch a lot of boxing, that doesn't make them ******ed. ;)

That Tyson was not as good as he used to, and that the fight would have had a different outcome otherwise.

I'm confident I'd mop the floor with Sharkey.
And I clearly won't be out-boxing Mayweather, he's a million times more skilled than me. But I don't have to out-box him, I'll just beat him cause I'm so much stronger than he is. He can land 10 of his punches for 1 of mine, and I'd still win with ease. He simply does not have the power to hurt me. All I need is one good punch and he's out. I can just hit his arms and guard and I'll most likely break bones. If I ever land one clean power punch to his head, he's going to the hospital in a coma.
