This does not means that he might beat Vitali in the rematch too. Rematch did not happened.
All arguments how unbeatable Lewis was are empty, he get a draw vs small Holyfield and had been stopped by Rahman and Oliver Mc Call.

With the same success guys ( ppl that doesn't admit how good Vitali was ) in forums might start new discussion : Lewis vs A.J, Lewis vs Fury, Lewis vs Wilder, Lewis vs Ali etc.
    Empty discussion.

Its not unthinkable when you realize he'll come back with a giant scar. And scar tissue is weaker than regular skin. But in addition to that you're assuming its going to go the same way when it wont.

Lewis alway does MUCH better in rematches. He'd be way more prepared for vitali, would train accordingly and would be in better shape. He had almsot no info about Vitali to devise a plan in such a short amount of time while vitali had been studying him.

So me saying Vitali is stiff is because I'm a westerner not because he was stiff as a tree? Sure, sure

No one much cares what do you think.
If Vitali doesn't likes you, it is not his problem. Btw active competitive boxers usually aren't reading forums like this forum.
You might have your opinion, I might have my opinion.

I wish the fight had continued so Vitali would have gone blind in that eye and he'd retire, sparing us all this TKO6 nonsense.

And before you call me a Klitschko hater, I don't hate them. I hate some of their fans.

I only call corruption when I see it my friend. Trouble is its rampant in the sport too.

Vitali was wining that fight. Unfortunately, for him, he was cut else he would have won the heavyweight championship that night.

It was lewis who was getting the better of Vitali near the time of the stoppage.

The rematch is 50/50. We must realize Lewis was overweight like he was in the first Rahman fight and he took this on 2 weeks notice. Vitali wouldn't be any better in a rematch, he'd just be Vitali. If Lewis prepared better he might have beaten Vitali more convincingly and a prime Lewis would have folded Vitali like luggage.

But Vitali will always be a H2H monster and would beat everyone in this era except possibly Fury

Lennox is a smart man for not rematching Vitali. I don't think it hurts him all that much. I do think Vitali could have beaten him but we'll never know. Lennox was coming on but Vitali never faltered. He was consistent in his performance and was still giving Lennox issues all the way to the end. I think Lennox was at the tail end of his prime. Can anyone really remember Lennox falling off? I don't. He left on top. So Vitali fought a still great fighter, just a heavier one. Not peak Lennox, but great anyway. And Vitali was also green.

I got a problem when people don't accept that a cut win like that it's just not the same. Cuts are so random and it's not even about the power of the punch. It's not like Lennox couldn't have won that fight without the cut. He was very much in the fight.

Lewis beat Vitali when he lightly trained for another fighter.
Lewis was always better in the rematch.
Lewis would have won the rematch going away.
Further, Lewis's retirement had nothing to do with Vitali.
Vitali needed Lewis. Lewis did not need another fight with Vitali.
He won the first one by stoppage.
