Joshua starts out cagey, gets tagged by Pulev's jab, then wakes up, goes to work and the old man crumbles soon after. Similar fight to Wlad vs Pulev I think.

If Joshua has problems with Pulev's jab though it spells big problems for him against Fury.

Have to do with the safe bet but there’ll always be a question mark against Joshua. Unless I suppose he goes on a huge run without problems. I never thought he was the second coming but still weird what happened in a Ruiz 1. Don’t think we’ll know for a while what the real story was but definitely think we’re missing something in terms of what has been publicly mentioned

I’m not making excuses for him but really didn’t look right before the fight started during the build up. Don’t just believe conspiracy theories either. Haven’t been told the truth which allows them to flourish. Might be bull**** (panic attack rumours etc) but something did happen. Or he’d just not good and got found out as his detractors say but both statements can be true at the same time. He did look weird in the build up and shouldn’t have been nervous prior (before what was to become)

Mid fight knockout from Joshua I reckon but don’t think the bookies odds would justify putting my money on it

    Joshua tko round 5-6
Pulev on his feet but will have been down a few times and won’t win a round.
Hope I am wrong and it’s a good fight but seems like a mismatch especially with Pulev at almost 40

havent watched pulev vs klitschko in a long time but i remember pulev getting hurt very early and hanging tough before eventually going down for good. at 39-40 im not sure pulev has what it takes to go to war and keep getting up. pulev got hurt very early and never really got in the fight. if joshua can land early i think he can beat him down to a 7th or 8th round stoppage sort of like the breazle fight

if joshua is very patient and passive this might go rounds if pulev can get comfortable and remain confident he may see the distance in a boxing type of fight.

i havent been following the prefight, did aj bulk back up or did he stay lean like he was in ruiz 2

I think when you add Joshua being cautious and Pulev’s chin that equals a lopsided unanimous decision for Joshua. I was never good in math though. If Joshua picks up the pace after the 5th I can see the end come for Pulev in the 8th.

It's been a bunch of fights that should be dramatic KOs but weren't lately. If Pulev is putting all he has into surviving and AJ is cold with the sparse crowd I wouldn't be surprised if this is a sad, lopsided sparring session.

Pulev isn't the type but a weird early finish is always possible at his age.

    LOL

I am sure that you can't point any country from ex-Yugoslavia on a map or name them, you stupid twat.

We have a country, it's called Bulgaria and was never part of Yugoslavia. In contrast to the dumb uneducated pikey on your avatar who is countryless and his kind were banished whenever they went.

And you write it as European, not europeon you dumb pikey, you are the same as the stupid uneducated mentally ill pikey clown on your avatar.

    AJ inside 4.

No real fuss, AJ gets behind a good, solid, quick jab and as soon as he starts putting a right hand behind it.. it's over.

Hmmm... I think you guys are sleeping on Pulev here a little bit. Don't get me wrong, I believe Joshua will get him out of there eventually, but I think it will take a little while.

Yes, Pulev is 39, but I consider him a young and relatively fresh 39 year old. Only had 29 fights, so not a lot of wear and tear. Also, he hasn't taken a lot of punishment in his career. Wladimir blasted him, Dinu cut him bad and Hughie got to him a little bit. Other than that, I can't remember him taking a lot of damage. He has been excellent at cruising towards low-risk decisions, behind his elite jab.

My prediction is Pulev picking up an early lead on MY card (not the british), until Joshua turn up the heat and get the TKO in 7-9 rounds. But then again, I have been abysmal at predicting fights in 2020, so I wouldn't be surprised if Joshua crushes him in the first round :D

Agreed. It wouldn't be a Joshua fight without a few jabs hitting his mandible, maybe a heart-in-mouth moment or two. Once the nerves are shaken off then I think Pulev will under the pump. Never rule out an upset here mind you. I'd say 65-35 in AJ's favour.
