    *rubs hands together*

Prime Fury, who we are now just getting to see would dominate the late rounds 8-12 to win on points after a close early half of the fight.

Fury is a different breed of man to anyone we've ever seen at HW. He's special.

That was a 26 year old kid, cutting weight to 250 pounds with a pure defensive style, not utilizing his stamina to put pressure on big men who can't handle a high pace. Putting on weight between fights.

Current Fury is now making use of all his assets into a more balanced fighter. More offense. Setting the pace. Always in shape. 270 pounds 6'8" of war torn steel. Now has a full-bodied jab which he has never shown before.

Always was happy to jib-jab around because he isn't a massive puncher so doesn't need to go after opponents because he hasn't got that raw KO shot. Not anymore, just beat opponents into submission. Big momma is coming.

Fury would out box Lewis, if Vitali could do it then so could Fury.

But question is can Lewis walk Fury down and break him down. He's better on the inside, can counter punch unlike Wlad, had a bigger reach than anyone Fury has fought, Lewis could turn fights around he was losing as in the Bruno and Vitali fights and could stand and trade when needed like vs Mercer.

For me to pick Fury over Lewis he'd have to do more than he has achieved, even beating AJ wouldn't convince me, plus Fury is open to overhand rights and Lewis had a hell of a right hand. I think Lewis will definitely get to Fury at some point and he has more than enough power to put him down, question is can he keep him down, Lewis isn't Wilder, he won't go in for the kill, windmilling like some idiot. Maybe Lewis comes from behind again and stops Fury, that's what I'd expect, but if we're honest nobody really knows, it's all wild speculation.

I’ll admit right off the bat that I am not a Lennox Lewis fan, however Lennox beats Fury.

Yes Fury beat an old Wlad.

    Yes Fury beat Wilder.

Wilder, whom according to most of you, couldn’t box or fight and was a one trick pony (that trick being a war crime of a right hand)

Lewis under Stewart was the complete package. Prime for Prime Lewis wins.

No way a prime Lewis would have done any better a job on Wilder than Fury did. He huffed about with Mercer and a past it Holyfield and was in trouble from Briggs. Not to mention nobody has done a McCall on Fury yet. Scant evidence to say Lewis would win.

I think Lewis puts him down.
Similar fighters, high ring IQs on both, but one has significantly more punching power. My gut tells me Lewis has some initial trouble, but makes it into a brawl and mauls Fury to victory. I imagine Fury's face will be covered in blood, he won't be able to see and it would get stopped.

Today’s Fury, if he’s focused and in shape, gives Lewis a boxing lesson. The guy who busted up Wilder probably knocks him out. Fury is a special fighter, a generational talent who moves better than anyone his size has ever moved and has tremendous ring IQ. I know he is a wildcard and can fall apart any second but a focused and in shape Fury is a special fighter. He’s freakishly large, quick and knows how to use his size to his advantage.

Lewis was large and had a great jab. A Louis victory would certainly be possible but my money would be on Fury. He’s a freak, seems a little nuts at times but you can’t deny his talent. And he takes a punch as well as any fighter I have ever seen. That two piece he took from Wilder was historical. Any other fighter would have been KOd. Fury regained his senses and finished strong. I’m a believer, even though he is frustrating at times.

Lewis underestimates Fury, parties instead of trains seriously, gasses after 7 rounds of chasing Fury and then gets KO'd as much from exhaustion as from Fury's punches. Executes immediate rematch clause 3 months later and Fury gets wheeled out on a gurney after 3 rounds.

This is altogether possible. But I think lewis wins first time out with some struggling and possibly some gore like Vitali.
