You should see the weight cuts bodybuilders do. Combined with their already dangerously low levels of body fat... They're so incredibly unhealthy.

Definitely. I even fight in weight classes above me, no point cutting weight for same day weigh ins, only diminishes you greatly.

I keep my weight down, I fight at light flyweight even though I can be a bantamweight easily enough. I've now kept my weight stable for the last few months which has been an almost impossible task beforehand, not that I mind, I'm perfectly comfortable fighting bigger guys being such a tiny ****er. It's all about exercising daily (take one day a week to have only a light workout such as some pushups, squats and crunches to recover) and only eating when you're hungry and not having excessively large meals.

I'm surprised more fighters don't just skip eating 1-2 days before the weigh in. It's safer than extreme dehydration.

They skip eating for almost the entire week leading up to the Friday

    You'll see them chewing gum

It's funny these guys spend 2-3 months training their nipples off & then lose 10%+ of their full form because they drained themselves for a weigh in. It's stupid.

Why HW boxing is super sexy. You know you're getting two strong as ox men.

    Simple in theory
    Hard to practice.
I went from an 6ft Andy Ruiz 300lbs
Down to my fighting weight of 175 -185lbs. I stay in that range till about holidays then gain 10-15lbs then cut again 2nd of the year. Every year.

    Eat less move more.
Many methods find one that you enjoy.
Best approach is slow & steady.
Taking it off & putting it back on.

So about a week before you weigh in drink about 2-3 gallons of water. Then for the next 3 days drink 1 gallon. Then for the next day drink a half gallon. Then the next drink a quarter gallon. Then the last day don't drink any water at all. The idea is to flush the body with liquid and then **** everything out without intaking any water. You will drop water weight like crazy.

    Also don't eat any carbs.

This will cut weight like crazy. Be warned though you will hate life.

Yeah its crazy...they are so much weaker than you would think by lookin at them as well. It's literally all for show. I got into a scuffle with one a few years back. Guy made a swing at me(ridiculously slow as well..saw it from a mile away) and I just ducked under it and picked him up and dumped him on his orange spray-tanned head lol. Then I rolled him over into face-smashing position but he was already done...so I didn't punch the guy because I felt bad for how much of a pansy he turned out to be lol. He was super-jacked..but those muscles were useless. I grew up workin hard in the woods and on farms and I can tell you those body-building muscles don't mean a thing.

Also, the way they isolate with all their workouts...they are super awkward and their muscles have no idea how to work together so they have no fluid movement or snap on any of their punches.
