Think about it, AJ was a Fury fan just as he was getting started in boxing in 2009 Then a handful of years later he is being asked if he wants to fight him & mentally he thinks to himself, hell no i'm not ready for that! Few more years pass AJ has fully legitimized himself at this point whilst Fury is seemingly long gone and talking rubbish on twitter as usual, so AJ makes a dig at him. Then before you know it, you've been knocked out by a little fat man and Fury is back knocking on your door whilst you're fighting with no confidence in your chin. AJ is a rabbit in the headlights right now. Eddie won't save him either, sell him off. Fury will drown him. Time flies and boxing waits for nobody. AJ has not improved at the rate Fury has. It's a mismatch. Thought Wilder looked dazed with his eyes popping out his head and crying before a weigh in? He put on a good facade, I don't think AJ can. He will either literally burst into tears or ragequit.
He was lucky in that one, I don’t think that Joshua would have been a fan of fury at that point, fury was getting overlooked for a long time after that fight. But I agree that fury beats Joshua he probably embarrasses him and barely lands anything, Joshua was wise to avoid talking about the fury fight he knows he’s miles off right now his head isn’t in the game for me
