I think Joshua might have problems with Usyk's speed more than anything else. Might have trouble zeroing in on the target.

This. I see Joshua having a very hard time cutting the ring off on Usyk and if Usyk starts landing combinations on Joshua he can definitely hurt and stop Joshua. Joshua needs to work on his ring efficiency, since he was wasting a lot energy making too many unnecessary movements.

McCracken also really needs to do something about Joshua not moving his head, since Usyk with his handspeed and timing will definitely take full advantage. Pulev landed clean on Joshua one too many times and he isn’t half the technician Usyk is.

What do I think? Joshua destroys him. The supposed savior of the HWs is a myth. He will be annihilated if he faces Joshua.

Joshua may feel Usyk's power and may not initially feel concerned, but if he throws caution to the wind, Usyk will catch him with a big enough punch to hurt him - AJ doesn't have a granite chin. Joshua also has gassing issues, so he will need to conserve energy. To be honest, I think this is a good matchup for Usyk, which doesn't mean he can't lose, but I can see a number of ways where he can win - outbox a wary Joshua, KO a tired Joshua, KO a reckless Joshua. AJ has the KO option, but he has to land, and Usyk has a very solid chin and is hard to hit clean. AJ will win a UD with some A-side scoring, otherwise, I don't see how he can outbox Usyk.

This is why AJ vs. Uysk has to happen.

Its a no lose for AJ because of a rematch clause in the contract. Even if he loses twice he can get a crack at Fury after he beats Uysk.

Just get the mandatory out of the way. Plenty of fights left to cash out on.

You are gettin an illusion. Your boy Usyk will get knocked out in the second half of the fight. Just take a look at the poll above. AJ is too big to be beaten by the guy who came from the CW Division. Mark my words.

AJ lost to a guy who was 6'1 in Ruiz so I doubt size will be a factor in the fight (like it could be with Fury-Uysk).

Joshua doesn't really maul people. That's not his style. He can rough house at times, like he did against Pulev, but his natural inclinations are to box at mid to long range.

Why doesn't Usyk belong there? He's a unified CW champion.

A lot of clueless goons posing as boxing fans still have this idea of CWs as smallish 190lbs men, and can't process the idea that almost all modern CWs are around 210-215lbs on fight night (i.e. old school heavyweight size). Usyk's a natural 215lber which is around the same weight as Wilder vs Ortiz 1, 10lbs heaver than Joe Frazier, 15lbs heavier than Joe Louis and only about 5lbs off George Foreman in the Rumble in the Jungle.

His size or punch resistance won't be an issue at HW IMO. His lack of punching power will, since there are fighters out there who can do enough to capture BS decisions over him provided they run things close enough.

I'm not marking anything you wrote you raging dumbass.

You're proven clueless when it comes to anything to do with the cruiserweight division, or boxing in general.

Roy Jones Jr. started his boxing career at 139 pounds. That's a small man.

Uysk started in the amateurs at 165 pounds and quickly moved up to 178. Didn't win anything below 178. Most of his titles came at 201.

Wilder is not part of the big three anymore he’s not going to be fighting for a world title in the near future unless fury gives him a shot if he does then he gets embarrassed again and then he’s back out of the running, wilder has done nothing but embarrass the sport since his loss, he doesn’t deserve a mention in any discussion about the who is the best, the heavyweight champion of the world shouldn’t be blaming a heavy dressing gown for losing a fight

215 w/o intensive training and no weight cutting. 250 easy if he let himself go.

He won't crest over 400 like Fury when he let himself go but he's not exactly a natural welterweight beefed up like a Turkey (Canelo Alvarez)

AJ by decision, Usyk has the skills to survive but not enough physically to win. Only thing is I think he comes to win so he might get caught then.

I'm really surprised how unpopular that option is (just a couple votes when I chose it).
