Oh so you just bring it up all the time because he’s fat? Andy is not more of a natural fighter, a real fighter isn’t gonna blow though his money, stuff his face, and blow off training because of one good night. A real fighter makes the adjustments necessary to secure a victory
It’s all about opinions and might be a touch of reminiscing on my part but think Lennox Lewis, Holyfield or Tyson would if not smash them easily be heavy favourites. But we are where we are. AJ Tyson are the best now. Just difficult to stomach as both have shortcomings which you shouldn’t be able to have when the best in the world. Poor skills snd dodgy whiskers set against someone who doesn’t hit hard
No one really thinks the current middleweights are a patch on the fabulous four but I’m not a youngster so could just be wearing rose tinted spectacles shouting it was better back in the day
Ruiz might be skilful and underestimated but not acceptable to be that fat snd be the champ. You have to think surely there must be someone better? It’s just not often you can be elite and the best in that shape
Even if I disagree with @CST80 in boxing and politics he's a cool man, he has not banned me, don't see what is is the problem??
I don't see how you could possibly see AJ's resume as better than Fury's. Fury beat a younger, fresher Wlad and a prime, undefeated Wilder. AJ's best wins are a bunch of geriatrics at retirement's door. The only thing AJ has going for him is the media propaganda machine. **** "the superior race" AJ.
like him as a fighter, don’t like his corporate image and fan base. still don’t really get all the hate, he’s usually in entertaining fights. Not always but usually.
No, you were hurling insults and being hyperemotional and somewhat unhinged over my scorecard, which had AJ ahead. Get a grip you kook. I feel incredibly sorry for you, because you think everyone has to think like you and if they don't you attack them.
Thing is Joshua has a fake persona, hes also insulted white people an it brushed under the carpet, whereas Fury is himself. People don’t take to fake personalities, far better to be yourself
You can be a natural fighter and waste your gifts, just as someone who might not really have as much of an aptitude can achieve a lot by doing their due diligence and being disciplined, making the very best of their opportunities.
Bro, there is way more natural in Ruiz than Joshua, that’s why he’s such a disappointment. He isn’t professional agreed, but you can’t forget who smashed who when both were hurt. Joshua is physically talented, but he’s way down the pecking order for being a natural fighter
Both fought Vlad but dare I say it after probably underestimating Fury and taking him too much for granted was hyper motivated against Josh even though older. Completely different styles though. Wilder is the one which Joshua doesn’t have. But if you said they both fought Vlad Joshua has fought a hell of the lot of the top guys in the division. So half a dozen dangerous opponents against one Wilder opponent. I wouldn’t be completely confident that Fury doesn’t end flat out from Povetkin uppercut who did it to Whyte when really old and troubled Joshua in the earlier rounds slightly old
That's just how it is. Everyone criticised Wlad when he was champion, same with Lewis when he was champion too. You have moments when your hot and everyone's on your side like after a big win such as Lewis after Ruddock and Golota or the robbery vs Holyfield but then you have one performance where you don't utterly destroy your opponent like Lewis vs Mavrovic or Wlad Haye and then it's back to the criticism, boxing fans in general are a tough bunch to please. Even for Fury it wasn't so long ago he was labelled and homophobic, fat, nut job who gave us one of the most tedious title winning performances ever. Then he was a washed up has been looking for one final payday and now he's seen as the best in the division a possible future ATG.
Who is the best Fury has beat after Vlad and Wilder. Just got a loads of not top notch guys. No Whyte, Povetkin, Parker etc. I’m not saying he couldn’t have beat them. Just that he didn’t fight them
