The division is even worse now than it was when this thread was started.
Where are the young contenders ?
It's a division full of old men and a small few in the end of their primes who will probably be old men within their next three fights.
It's a joke. Usyk and Joyce are considered "hopefuls", they are about 34 or 35 years old.
Parker has done nothing since 2016 really.
Whyte was sparked by a 40 year old.
Joshua just fought a 39 year old who wasn't even much good in his prime, and still the Joshua fans have a good argument to chalk Pulev down as another "top 10" type opponent. Wlad's leftovers are still legitimately ranked.

Fury's the best in the world but he threw away his prime years and has a thin resume 12 years after turning pro.

This whole thread might as well be "US HWs are ****, so the entire division must be ****." Boo-hoo.

Saying that Tony Yoka has a glass jaw is hardly a prediction worth bragging about.

Yet an American KO'd your hypejob, and an American got robbed of a win against the guy that sparked out Whyte, Price, and dominated Hughie. And an American in Jennings did a hell of a lot better than your next big thing Quitbois against Joyce. Sure, you guys have Tyson, but he doesn't really want you now does he? Temperament wise, Tyson Fury is as American as apple pie.

That being said, this thread has **** all to do with British heavyweight scene, you miserable myopic douchebag. It has everything to do with pointing out that the Heavyweight is what it is, and what it is... is pure crap.

I consider Billy Joe Saunders, John Ryder, Callum Johnson, Josh Warrington, Josh Taylor, Joe Joyce, Liam Williams among my favorite fighters in the sport, I've done threads on them, praising them to high heaven. In some cases, the first thread done on most of them on this site. I'm also quite fond of Eggington, Cheeseman, McKenna, Campbell, Ritson, Jay Harris, Cacace, Felix Cash, Billam-Smith and Matty Askin etc. So I'm anything but a nationalistic hater like you. How about get your head out of your ass, and understand that this is a global sport, and every nation produces quality fighters and your nationalistic pride is ****ing infantile.

No, it isn't. But how about not deflecting and pettily trying to simplistically minimize everything else I said, by going with the most obvious one. Regardless, I didn't do this thread as a prediction thread nor did I do it to use it as something to gloat about in the future, I did it as an extemporaneous bit by bit rundown of how I viewed the division and most of the bigger players in it, and lo and behold, most of what I've written has come to pass, or something damn close has happened. So of course I'm going to point that out, as would you, if you actually decided to sit down and take the time to write a thread like this, and most of it played out the way you said it would. It's because I know this sport well, as do the other mods on here. Deal with it, and stop acting like a bitter a-hole. I like you, not sure why you're copping a caustic attitude with me quite frankly.

Seems like I understand the global nature of the sport way better than you silly ****, I´m not British and I really don´t give a **** about nationalities. But hey, keep on waving flags in your mom´s basement.

Yet you don't process that when engaging with and insulting a moderator, that maybe... just maybe, you should not violate the rules of the site, by bypassing the word filter, you dimwitted hate filled moron.

225 lber that turned 41 next month so in real 41 y.o small out of prime over the hill boxer.

Yeah, an absolute underdog, easily predictable sweet night in the office.
Before this was rematch with panda, panda before first fight too had been assumed as easy night in the office.

them just doesn't like divisions where top guys are close in age and frequently fight each other in close matchups.

Even the same Dorticos had damn more really competitive matches during last 2-2,5 years than bunches with HW top guys.
Did he get apprecitation because he fought top cats that were not old? No.

You declared yourself sage. I just pointed out your prediction rate isn't quite sage level. You'll get there one day maybe.

So, I guess you missed the not even close to subtle green smiling emoticon? A lot of the bragging I do on here is tongue-in-cheek... you know that right? That being said, I'm not that far off of being a sage.:sisi1
