Well seeing that Ortiz doesn’t turn 65 until March 29th, there’s a chance they could get this fight in before that.

Oh, right, sorry. I'm surprised I didn't remember that.

I doubt he can go back in time.

Regardless of the pros and cons for both fighters this is an interesting fight I'd love to see.

I see it as pretty much a 50-50 fight based on both fighters last fights. Both Whyte and Ortiz winning the rounds and controlling their last fights untill they both got starched.

I honestly can't pick the winner but it would put a smile on my face to see another old man spark out Dillian Whyte.

But hey!, That's just me 'tarkin....

It was most uneventful so quite easily forgotten

Only noticeable for Whyte getting a good crack on the chin early on and changing his game plan to a more defensive approach

Hope this fight comes off. Something tells me Whyte will avoid Ortiz. Never mind the big talk. No coming back from back to back canvas naps.

Whyte fanboys are a very rare breed. I’m more neutral about the man. But any chance for Wilders resume to be lessened I’m gonna hop on it. I hope Whyte brutally knocks out the man who’s hyped up like crazy to give Wilders resume credibility.

The only Whyte matchup that gets me excited is Wilder, that's the fight both of them need.

This is pretty much Whyte's cue to pretend Ortiz ducked him and have Hearn announce the fight "everyone has been waiting for" against Hughie Fury.

This is a 50/50 fight between two decent journeymen, neither are real contenders. I will watch though, I love fights like this.

Luis Ortiz is like fine wine, too expensive for peasant fighters and their promoters who think they can low ball him. Pay the man and get knocked into Bolivian. Prime (1980) Ortiz KO's White in 2, present version of Ortiz in 6. For all the everyone avoiding White talks, he better not duck Ortiz son.

Whyte and AJ still beating up old men who are somehow still in the top 10 despite there being much better younger fighters out there. This is getting ridiculous now. Rankings need to change.
