I remember the old Fury but he was unstable and as we saw had the total crisis for a couple of years. The new one seems more grounded and happy. Whilst not as mad or entertaining it’s probably for the greater good.

I can't completely subscribe to that.

It depends on your definition of unstable, as from 2009 until 2015, what we observed was more of a continuum of "stability". He did indeed go through that crisis and I do consider that. However, I don't think there are just two ends of a spectrum. He's gone from being what I would describe as a unique, interesting guy to a fake, condescending puppet.

The truth of the matter is that if Joshua defeats him once or twice, or whoever else, his gargantuan ego takes an enormous hammering and nobody knows what that would do to him in the immediate aftermath or in any period of time following...

How could you forget releasing a single with Robbie Williams?!? Fury’s commercial brand is on a par with Joshua now yet all his hypocrite fans call AJ the sell out. Hell, Fury now has a range of Gypsy King Christmas jumpers on his website... These days I like and dislike aspects of them both in equal measure to be honest and really can’t pick who I’d prefer to win when they meet.

Fury is uneducated and illiterate. Comes from a family of criminals. No reason to celebrate the drivel spewing forth from this dosser.

Well I've brought my son a Gypsy King t-shirt a few months ago so I guess I'm one of the mugs.

I read his autobio and at the time of the Wlad fight his head was all over the place, the Wlad fight kept him focused during training without that his mind plummets, he suffers from a mental despression illness.

He is. One thing you can't accuse him of is him being thick.

I would say he was unstable mate I overcome substance addiction and PTSD and a few signs are bounts of totally random crazy behaviour you do it to distract yourself from your own demons more then anything you then follow it up with abusing anybody and throwing in some self deprication to justify your utter dislike of people I think its hard to understand unless you've experienced it but this is why I'm such a huge fan of his he has helped me more than anybody outside of my family and I never met the bloke even doctors and that are just looking for a pay day.

I suspect he has a dopaminergic brain. Was listening to a podcast about it and essentially you only get a very short buzz from any achievement and then feel low.

A prime example is buzz aldrin, went to the moon and straightaway after was on a downer. Ended up having drug and alcohol issues.
