I agree. Both fights were extremely suspect. But, I doubt anybody will care.

Idiotic Golovkin fans can't understand what is happening. That's what happens to your already critically limited mindset when you follow a farce who only feasts on bums.

Congratulations you're an ex amateur fighter . This doesn't mean you understand ****.

You think this guy has elite head movement, thudding power and elite counterpuncher skills.. Jesus christ... Talk about falling for the fraud/hype. He does NOT have elite head movement. I've seen numerous fighters that land the jab over and over again (mainly against fighters that actually fight back) on Canelo. Lara found that straight left pretty often. Unnecessarily moving your head against 4 pitty patty Jacobs jabs when he was mostly out of range is not good head movement lmao.

Canelos power is overrated af. Didn't knock anyone of note out at 154 let alone 154lbs+ (Khan.. 140lber chinny... OK). Canelos counterpunching is massively overrated too.

Canelo fans are the beyond casuals/deluded.. Unbearable

Well said. When is fighter is throwing hard shots and the opponent has zero respect, it'll hit you mentally, big time.. These fights weren't fixed... that's just silly. Callum was pathetic that night, due to Canelo taking his best, and coming back with stronger punches.

When you are the #1 cash cow and popular boxer, most of your fans will be clueless imbeciles. We have douche bags like Isal, 22JM and shadow who follow no one but Canelo. Hell, Isal is the poster boy for cash cow fanboys here. That's all he's ever followed.

The fact Kovalev didn't throw his right hand was extremely suspect. It could be explained by the fact some fighters lose the ability to pull the trigger.

Smith was known for throwing a lot of punches but he was backing up and moving most of the fight without much output.

I just don't see the motivation to throw a fight, unless there are big back-end payments.

    Therefore, the choices:
    1. Back-end payments to lose the fights
    2. Kov and Smith were just aged past being decent
    3. Canelo is much better than we thought

    I seriously don't know.

He knocked out Kovalev which is a better ko victory than anyone south of 168 currently possesses.

Not fixed, but I'm disappointed in how his fights are judged. For example, the Mayweather fight in which one judge scored the fight a draw.

Nelo is in his prime, can't see who beats him tbf..

People can slate him all they like, but what a complete fighter that boy is now, whether you like it or not.
