    Louis would look like he`s fighting undderwater as he was a shot and aged fighter, in his prime his combo`s were qucker than Marciano and Ingo`s no comparison, Ingo wasn`t that skilled at all.

    I think you misunderstood what I said. If there were to be a Nazi uprising of today or something equivalent. I couldnt see the playboy multi millionaire Canelo dealing with that sort of pressure to win unlike Joe Louis did in the 40s.

    He didn`t hit Canelo harder than Conn hit Louis and Louis hit far harder than Smith does, Louis would have destroyed Smith.

    Conn racked up a fearsome KO 19% fighting in an era when they fought 15 rounds and wore washing up gloves and the fact that it took Louis 13 rounds to get what would be a smallish MW in today's era out of there when he was obviously also wearing washing up gloves too speaks volumes about his punching power or lack thereof. What exactly do you think would happen if that was Smith's check left hook inside a washing up glove landing on Louis' glass jaw instead of Cotton Bud Fists Conn's?

    That's not really fair to say, considering Conn went pro as a no experience 16 year old lightweight, and was fighting decent opponents pretty early.
