Ah, the best and brightest of General paying a visit. Have a nice discussion with yourself. Ps. do you kiss your mother with that mouth?
Well, if you want to sell me Pulev in 2020 at 40 yo as a better win than Chisora (twice) in 2011/2014, then yeah....i would even kiss your mother with that mouth. We can talk about Whyte and Povetkin. But not about Pulev. Whyte and Povetkin are good wins. No doubt. But still not even close to Wlad (2015) and Wilder (2020). I do not care about some average HW wins though. I care about the big guys. And we have 3-4 big guys since 2010. Joshua, Wlad, Fury and Wilder. And Fury beat two of other three guys. Without any problem. AJ beat one of them and was knocked down and wobbled and barely made it. So yeah, i'm going with Fury all day long in that discussion and there is no logic argument to say Joshua is the #1 HW right now. Not a single argument. If we talk about HWs since 2010 it's clearly 1. Fury 2. AJ 3. Wlad 4. Wilder
It kinda does, BOTH AJ and Fury have fought Wlad, meanwhile Wilder fought 40 journeyman and Ortiz lol
Look Fury looked damn good in Wilder 2..but let's face it, anyone claiming Furys resume is good is being disingenuous. Wilder - 32/33 yo trash boxer who is athletic and has a right hand. Wilder loses against the first person around his size who has head movement. Wlad- 39 yo.. Is anyone actually going to argue that an almost 40 year old boxer has decent reflexes/speed/timing? Wlad was old when he fought Fury. Its embarassing that you guys ignore this and actually support it. I've had enough with boxers getting credit for beating late 30s/40s fighters. Stop ****ing supporting them with these match ups you're ruining the sport you clowns. AJ has a fair share of late 30s and 40 yos and its also unacceptable and a disgrace. Back to Wlad, as soon as Clinchko couldn't bully the smaller guy and excessively clinch, he loses. Chisora 1 & 2: everyone forgets that Chisora Fury 1 was competitive and Chisora actually hurt Fury in one of the rounds. The second fight, I'll give props to Fury for teeing off on Chisoras head. But then again, we are giving props to a guy who is beating a fairly limited fighter with highly advantageous reach /length attributes. But it is a decent win.
He's never made a single title defence. His two biggest wins are a 39 year old and the most technically deficient champion in any weight class of all time.
The I don't want to honor a rematch I agreed to, back out of fights at the last minute, get caught for drugs, retire for a year and balloon up one hundred pounds with suicidal depression mentality?
while anybody can have an "off" night on the job, if you are supposed to be the "best", then you should blow through all opposition, like early mike tyson. really struggling against the likes of wallin if you are supposed to be "the best" then, is an embarrassment.
Styles make fights. Pulev beat Chisora, yeah, true, but let's be honest...a win over Chisora is a much better win these days than a win over Pulev.
Not at all One has 9 defeats and the other 2 with the most recent being a World Title Shot In fact both Pulevs losses were in title matches Chisora has lost in casinos to Euro champs I love watching Del most of the time but your very wrong on this one A win over Del means very little
