Pacquiao would walk him down and KO him early. He might carry Garcia though because he'd be too embarrassed to KO a kid.
Ryan needs a bit more experience, grow up a bit more and build some toughness. But if he has a chin, I could see him pulling it off. he has the more impressive win at LW now.
Agreed, Garcia needs much more seasoning, he stands to tall, no head movement, and keeps his chin high and exposed. Even the current Pacquiao would dismantle Garcia. Pacquiao is'nt a KO artist anymore, but he'd stop Garcia at 140 or 147 lbs.
The way Garcia backs up in straight lines I see him being very open to Pac's straight left hand. Good fighters like JMM do this thing where they play with range, step in but then not attack and step back out of range, making opponents hesitant to counter, JMM also deceptively changes range by leaning forward a lot. Garcia in comparison just walks in and then backs up in straight lines, Pac will have a field day landing his straight left. Pac may struggle to KO full blown welters in recent years but some light weight kid he'll have no problem landing on, he'll stop for sure.
