For those that do not know, the main event will start between 11 and 11:30.

This is because DAZN want to take advantage of their global launch, and hoping for big numbers in Europe (UK). I think they are hoping that having an earlier start doesn't reduce their US viewers dramatically, which will be compensated by people viewing from the UK.
