I would say like one level, but canelo isn't done yet, so who knows where canelo will rank at the end of his career, very likely higher than RJJ. Canelo: 7 time world champion 4 division champion 154 unified champion 160 unified champion 168 unified champion 2019 Ring Fighter of the Year Ring #1 P4P champion Resume: Austin Trout Erislandy Lara Miguel Cotto Gennady Golovkin Daniel Jacobs Sergey Kovalez Callum Smith Golovkin: 4 time world MW unified Champion Resume: Daniel Jacobs Lol Roy Jones Jr. 7 time world champion MW champion SMW unified champion LHW unified champion HW champion Ring Fighter of the Year Ring #1 P4P champion Resume: Bernard Hopkins James Toney Mike McCallum Montel Griffin Virgil Hill Otis Grant Julio Cesar Gonzalez John Ruiz Antonio Tarver
My buddy from Texas Kirk Johnson really beat Ruiz but was robbed by Ruiz acting & Joe Cortez bias. Ruiz should have got an oscar & Cortez should have been jailed
Thats because you DKSAB pure & simple Canelo has NEVER legitimately beaten or even drawn GGG He got his ears boxed off Classic Diva
He was dropped hard by Lou Del Valle and Jones didn’t lose muscle he lost a lot of water weight like all fighters do hence why they rehydrate after a weigh in. The stupidity on this issue has reached epic proportions over the years.
He's pacing well. Unfortunately for Canelo he doesn't have a Hopkins or a Toney to fight to add to his record.
Canelo's real record vs elite competition is 4-5 (1) Trout L-12 Lara L-12 Mayweather L-12 Golovkin #1 L-12 Golovkin #2 L_12 Jacobs W-12 Kovalev KO -11 Smith W-12 Cotto W-12 While GGG'S record vs elite is 5-0.(1) Brook KO-5 Jacobs W-12 Canelo #1 W-12 Canelo #2 W-12 Derevyanchenko W-12 Pre paid judges are worth their weight in gold aren't they?
Real record? Lol Add two more losses to GGG. And Brook? Lol, and Chenko? Lol Come on. Brook moved up 13 lbs to fight GGG in his first MW fight. You're really grasping at straws. And Dchenko had lost to Jacobs and looked like **** against Culcay and still arguably beat GGG. And he just got owned by Jermall Charlo. FFS man, just admit GGGs resume and as a result his historical standing will be lightyears behind Canelo and even Ward, let alone RJJ.
How can GGG be lightyears behind someone he beat twice? I admit his fraudulent activity is lightyears behind Canelo's though. I think Canelo is a great fighter even with his five losses. He learned later in his career starting with the Jacobs fight how to win a fight without having to depend on corrupt judges. He has really turned the corner recently.
Good thing for Hopkins and Toney they didn't have a Canelo back then, or they both have an additional loss on their record from corrupt judging.
