He beat the **** out of Kessler. Kessler knows it the whole world knows it and Kessler never requested a rematch. I wonder why!

I saw what happened. He beat the living daylights out of the Viking warrior who basically said No Mas.

The Poll is showing the % of people who will pay big $ to see Andre Ward lose.

Excellent thread to lure Andre Ward out of retirement, he will not fight Artur or Bivol, but he might take the Canelo fight if it will be in Oakland

Can Andre Ward stop Canelo? because if he can't Canelo will get his biggest W

Floyd Mayweather is drooling over this fight as it will boost his ATG credit further more on the expense of ATG undefeated rival Andre Ward

He butted the daylights out of Kessler and got away with it, like the cheating **** did his whole career. Low blows, elbow, headbutts, 'dodgy decisions, KOing people with combinations to the balls you name it and loaded dice Ward got away with it in Jokeland.

There was never going to be a rematch due to the tournament format.

Instead of complaining you sort the guy out that’s what I did in the ring and on the rugby field. Don’t ***** about it do something about it. Daddy don’t play!

You have to rate Canelo higher, he's not finished yet.
They have both had some questionable decisions but as far as talent goes
I feel canelo is a better rounded Boxer /Fighter.

As as your Chilemba point, he was a mover & a very tricky & overlooked fighter....plus it was Kovalevs first fight back in his Home town which would have the pressure on...IMO he was arrogant & overlooked Chilemba.

Maybe but if anyone had done that to loaded dice Ward in Jokeland they'd have been disqualified immediately.

All it means is that those complaining like Kessler, Ward and Kovalev were Ward’s bitches.

Very true, but you could say the same thing about Jacobs. Jacobs was a mover and was tricky as well. But that didn't stop Jacobs going the distance with GGG from making people say that it was evidence that GGG was on the decline. Both GGG Jacobs and Kovalev Chilemba were much closer and more competitive than expected, especially since GGG and Kovalev were both super hyped KO artists going into these bouts.

''I'm glad that I can win ugly sometimes (ROFL), because at the end of the day it's just about winning, right?

''I'm just saying, man, every cut I got is a headbutt or an elbow. Every single one.

''But that's why there's a third man in the ring (ROFL)''

''All these are either blatant headbutts or elbows, literally blatant. Not one of these was from a punch''

"We expected this kind of fight with Bika," Ward said. "Every laceration I have was literally [from] a headbutt or an elbow. I clearly remember each one of them. That's what you get when you fight a guy like Sakio."

---Andre Ward after the Bika fight

''At the end of the day, boxing is already a tough enough business to not have to put up with illegal blows.

''I don't mind the occasional foul if it's an accident but the intentional stuff I just can't put up with it''

    --Andre Ward

Say what you will about Clenelo but at least he doesn't have to resort to any of that to get the W. Dre relied heavily on it

All it means is that they were on the end of a disgusting cheat who would have been thrown out anywhere else.

Quite how a so-called fan of the sport can dismiss blatant cheating and paid-off officials turning a blind eye I don't know. I guess some are fans of a fighter rather than of the sport and are willing to overlook anything.

Well no evidence Dre paid anyone off but clear evidence he kicked ass and beat everyone he fought. Those saying he cheats are just sore losers. Andre is a bad man.
