If he will not have intent to outbox A.J and win on cards, he should go in war with A.J. A.J resume " marquee fights " are with out of prime, over the hill opponents already before fight with A.J proven that they are over the hill and out of prime. Then this hometown officiating in fight vs Parker where refereee defeated Parker not A.J. Then supposedly easy fight with Ruiz I. Not old but supposedly totally out of shape opponent. If Fury will go to A.J and clinch him, maul and rotate to exaust him, in good shape Fury will exaust him totally. Fury is larger than Pulev, more comfortable in close fight and considerably younger and faster on feet than Pulev, not to talk about Ruiz Jr. Will see if referee will act like in fight vs Parker . If yes, Fury should do with A.J the same as Glowacki did vs Vlasov and quickly. Depsite called as pillow fisted, Fury also does hit a lot harder than Pulev.
Fury's best win (wlad) is better than AJ's best win (wlad). Fury's 2nd best win (Wilder II) is better than AJ's 2nd best win (Ruiz II, or Parker) Fury's 3 beat result, although not a win, was the draw against wilder I, which is better than AJ's 3rd best win (Ruiz II or Parker). And when fury beats AJ, Fury will have yet another top scalp on his belt and Fury will be a legitimate ATG.
Jeez that myth that AJ is told who tomo fight is still going strong then. Since when would a superstar like AJ be told who he and when he fights? AJ doesn't need matchroom and could quite easily promote himself if he wanted. Hearn works for AJ not the other way around.
A.J best pro win if we consider not out of prime opponents or hometown officiating ( Parker fight ) then Ruiz II fight is his best fight. Fury resume is not impressive but he recently had showed improvments: fought Wilder in US 2 times and even Wallin fight was not bad at all. A.J had supposedly totally out of shape Ruiz Jr I and Ruiz Jr II and then 39 y.o old Pulev. Wilder at least is more mobile than these and younger than Pulev too + fights were in U.S.
Respectfully, I disagree. Fury could KO Joshua. Not sure if he will, but he could. And if AJ really could have smashed Wilder, he would've by now. I think that would be an interesting and close fight that could go either way.
Wrong. AJ has been cornered and has no choice but to fight Fury. AJ doesn't want the Fury fight. AJ wants to fight Usyk.
How is he wrong? Hearn works for AJ ,if he isn't pleased with the arrangement he has many an option of others who would promote him
He's wrong because AJ now has no choice but to fight Fury. He could refuse and instead fight Usyk. But the damage to his reputation would be devastating. He'd never live it down. AJ has no choice but to fight Fury. Fury has painted AJ into a corner.
Your first line says he has no choice Your second shows a choice regardless of consequences...... Its nonsense anyway AJ is essentially Hearn's Boss As I'm mentioned regardless of peoples opinions of him ,the guy could work with ANY promoter in the world, ANY! He is not controlled in the slightest, advised sure but there is a huge difference between the two
Gypsy man has an inbuilt fear detector and we can sense fear from a mile away and don't forget Fury has gazed into his eyes and seen the fear up close and personal and he also saw him get used and abused by a walking blob and then when it came time to man up and handle his business in the rematch he spent the entire duration of the rematch backpedaling around the ring in mortal fear of getting clipped by the wind of a punch from said walking blob. Running from a walking blob is not a good look no matter how you try and spin it. Compare what Fury did to lean mean fighting machine The Tuscaloser in the rematch, someone who possessed the power to send him into the shadow realm in the blink of an eye with a single shot and who hit him so hard in the 12th round of their first fight he literally had to rise from the dead and perform a gypsy miracle to beat the count. Fury returned to the scene of the crime where he'd been robbed and walked him down and beat the soul out of his body in biblical fashion on his own soil. I don't think AJ's anymore scared of Fury than any other non-gypsy would be but I do know that he knows Fury is a real fighting man who fears no one and that it's impossible to win the mental battle with him and that you have to nail him to the canvas to win the physical one.
A win over Usyk would make Joshua's record alot better, if he takes that precious zero from that puny cruiserweight. On paper anyway. He's probably cashing out against Fury if the fight takes place this year. He's still not ready for Fury, him and his team know it.
