No absolutely not! Muhammad Ali stands alone. Salvador Sanchez did not leave to soon he died and it was a tragedy. Thanks be to God that my Uncle Azumah Nelson has honoured the legacy of Sanchez with his legendary career though unfortunately my Uncle never got his chance to revenge the great Sanchez. Everybody on the list except for De La Hoya( cross dressing transvestite, wearing things, high heels, suspenders, make up etc) has a better legacy than Calzaghe. Lots of people don’t know Calzaghe as he did not transcend the sport. In fact not sure how well known he is in Wales.
Both losses were totally his own fault he under estimated both. When supposedly training for Rahman in S Africa Lennox was partying with Clooney & Pitt & was late getting there so wasntadjusted to the thin air. He TCB in both rematches !!! His KO of Rahman was classic Rahmans head perfectly placed in King's crown logo out cold
To an aside, I obviously forgot to mention most importantly is that LL was no doubt the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. Also he was in the ring with both Klitschko s and didn't lose to either. Who could claim that? Albeit like someone mentioned he was in a movie with Wladimir. Lol. Also the time of his Rahman, McCall ko's: he if I remember correctly ended the rematch quicker than they beat him in the first fight. I'll have to boxrec that though.
