I'm going against the grain here:
    1. Marcel
    2. Buchanan
    3. Chang
    4. Ramos
    5. Rose
The only ones I might flip are Chang and Ramos, not sure Rose is near these other 4 .

Rose’s brief Bantamweight title run far eclipses Ramos’ equally brief Featherweight run in terms of opposition beaten. Ramos did the better work in non-title bouts, though so it’s close overall.

I dont get the love for Buchanan. I dont think hes underrated at all. I think if anything hes overrated. He was a good, not great LW, whose best wins came against fighters past their prime.

I think a big part of Buchanan’s overall standing is how he took his show on the road and went everywhere and was very consistent. I think there’s fights were he looked simply spectacular too where the quality is evident. Sure, he wasn’t on Duran’s level but few are/were. He still had a super career overall.

Buchanon was an ATG. The rest are close.
