Nigel Benn Vs Stanley Ketchel?

Benn had a better punching technique and looked more muscular he was also more proven against bigger fighters, G-man would have knocked Ketchel out at 160 or 168.

He always answers a question with his own question. I also dont know what "more muscular" has to do with it. It's not a bodybuilding comp but that seems to be another fascination in many of Mark's posts. He still seems to think that makes a difference

 

There'd be a big weight disadvantage for Ketchel. I doubt Benn could make 158Ib on the day, let alone 154Ib as Ketchel did.

1900's rules would put Ketchel at a big advantage though.

I think a lot would depend on the terms they agreed on.

 

Well I pick Benn because he was more proven.

 

I don`t think Ketchel was big or strong enough to go toe to toe with Benn who took G-man`s best shots.

 

Well if Ketchel could take Benn’s shots and this goes long then you would have to favour Ketchel.

Benn would have no problem making 158 on the day. He came in at 159 on the day many times
