Yeah, I'm disappointed. I have no excuses to make here. He should have known better. Like I said after the Canelo math, he should have retired. He's long grown out of 175, he has the body of a spindly car mechanic now, and he doesn't have the build to bulk up to and be competitive at Cruiserweight up at 2000. He'd get massacred there. But he wants to prolong his career and go out on a win. He's in an unenviable position of still wanting to compete, still having that drive to win, but being too shot, too small, too old to stay in the game. Otherwise as not knowing when to hang it up. But hey... one infraction, I'm not going to hold it against him anymore than any of Jones Jr. Toney, Holyfield, Mayweather, Canelo, Pacquiao, Miller, Whyte's fans hold it against them. Hold it against him hold it against them all and add fury to the list to, it’s not holding it against a fighter that feeds into the acceptance of it. In my book he’s been at it at every opportunity, I can’t understand anyone who has any ambitions to be great in this sport cheating. Legacy is everything once you get popped it’s nothing. Any cheat has no respect for the sport and its reputation in the eyes sporting world.

It did for me mate and it will always get mentioned whenever he gets brought up in conversation, I was a big fan of canelo and he could have been one of the best of all time but it’s impossible to have a conversation about him now without someone mentioning his cheating and rightly so
