It's like you guys know nothing about AAS and training. If he built muscle while using PED's then he's on PED's now too, because you can't keep the muscle built with PED's without PED's. Steroids work by increasing the levels of hormones already in the body and/or introducing substances to the body which don't occure naturally. So when you stop PED use, your hormonal levels drop back to whatever they were before (if correct PCT regimen is followed), thus almost all the muscle gained athropies away as well. For every 10 lbs of steroid induced muscle gained, you maybe keep 1 lbs when you come off.
Very disappointing. There ends his career then it seems. It's not like he would be likely to get a backdating exemption or a contaminated food/supplement excuse.
LOL. Watch the Academy Award winning documentary ICARUS about Grigory Rodchenkov, the head of the Russian "anti-doping" lab, and get back to me. I was commenting on the person who said you can't "lump" PED users by "nationality." Yes, you can in this instance, when an entire nation's amateur athletes from all sports ALL get banned for using because you have to use to be on the nation's sports teams. I'm not going to argue this on a message board. It was already proven and punishment handed out.
When an entire nation's athletes - whether they compete in winter or summer sports - are banned from competing in the Olympics or World amateur tournaments then you can judge PED users by nationality. That is literally the definition of judging users by nationality. (LOL) All of Russian's amateur teams in all sports - winter and summer - are banned RIGHT NOW from the Olympics thru the next summer games, whenever those happen to take place. I didn't ban them. Take it up with someone else.
Grigory rodchenko got paid to betray his country and distort facts, he was a disgruntled employee as well. He has his own lab in America now.
