Mose Aumitagai vs Caparello on the Mundine undercard. Cap slight favourtie although Mose has the tools to pull an upset if he turns up. His last fight vs Light was his first at 2 weight divisions removed from his usual fighting weight and wasn't too outclassed from what I hear

They need live opposition for Justis Huni in the lead-up to the Olympics, not patsies. Or slow, ponderous over-the-hill types with limited skills. The Alex Leapai & Lucas Browne fights should take place as his first two fights after the Olympics. As showcase fights after Justis hopefully claims an Olympic medal. If Justis were to win gold, those fights would be high profile events showcasing his talent. What's required in the lead-up to the Olympics is another couple of lively types. Take your pick from Demsey McKean (regional alphabet champ), Hemi Ahio (New Zealand champ), Joe Goodall (after he's back in action) or Willis Meehan (if he gets back in action). Some of the other names mentioned as potential opponents (Herman Purcell, Christian Tsoye or Willie Nasio) are fine as staying active fights but a couple of opponents who are going to try hard to beat him (and importantly, think they can) is what's required.
I think unless the pay day is really good a lot of local fighters will avoid Huni as he will just beat them up and humiliate them.
I think the money that's being spent to secure Alex Leapai & Lucas Browne as opponents prior to the Olympics should be redirected to some of the other guys mentioned. Nothing against Alex or Lucas - I'm happy for them to get their shot & payday but fighting Justis after he claims an Olympic medal makes more sense to me. They need to think a bit laterally here in order to get Justis the right fights. Vic Darchinyan fought Sande Kizito (an all-African amateur champ) three times early in his pro career to get some decent rounds under his belt. If they need to bring back Arsene Fosso for a rematch in order to get someone to throw some serious leather at him, so be it. Hopefully a couple of the other guys mentioned step up.

Tszyu Hogan is a good fight. Hogan has good skill and will be more difficult then someone like Zerafa. Hogan has a good chin and is a southpaw I think he will give Tszyu a good test.
I see Paul Gallen has finally acknowledged Lucas Browne on social media. I would like to see this fight get made next.
Can imagine why they fell over. Tough gig getting in with someone like Huni that is gonna use your face as a speed ball lol.
Really disappointing to hear this. I appreciate that people are trying, but trying alone doesn't win Olympic gold medals. They need to find better opponents for him than this by any means necessary. Take him down to Canberra & rematch Arsene Fosso if all the others are too petrified to get into the ring with him. It's not worth taking him to Townsville for a fight as meaningless as that. Nor will it be worth watching unfortunately.
