I think a lot of it comes down to the backing. Watch Charlie Edwards and Andrew Selby fights, one became a World Champion, the others life is in a complete mess after his career didn't just go off the rails but off the bridge and into the river. Only one was exciting to watch and it wasn't the one guided with Hearn money.
Swifty smith,honestly thought he was going all the way but fell short at world level by quite some way. with regards to napa i always thought as ridiculous as it sounds that he was far too small at fly and should of been at least a weight division lower and he certainly had no business up at banter. But theres obviously no money down at them weights which is why he did what he did.
