Who cares to be honest. Hype is just other fans being excited, and he gave us something to be a little excited about, even with a garbage resume. People who ***** and whine about hype are generally brain dead idiots...

Nobodys calling him a hype job in the sense thats he's just an exiting fighter with no skills. Its hype in the sense that everyone thinks he'd just clear the division besides Fury and Aj and people saying
"OMG FURY BEAT WILDER, NOBODY ELSE STANDS A CHANCE"

I've fail to see why people think that as im a bit more on the objective side.

Ever successful fighter has some fans make the most ridiculous claims on who they can beat. These over zealous idiots don't speak for anyone but themselves.

Does anyone have a clue as to when Wilder's next fight will be? He does know that he's about to be out of his prime right?

He'd rather fight someone ranked 450th for $10,000 than fight Ruiz for $5 million because of the risk

It was. But it comes from a saying which indicates the ordinary and extraordinary...dog bites man...man bites dog.

    WAS ... a hype job.
His “secret” is now well known by even the most casual fan.

35 in heavyweight terms isn't old and most heavyweights would look slow next to Fury his speed for a man his size is freakish.

Lot of hype. There is truth to that. That said, he does have remarkable power and better stamina than everybody else at HW. He has made an utter fool of himself in the aftermath of getting stopped by Fury, but he's still dangerous to anybody that gets in the ring with him. Anybody that can't see that is as silly as Wilder himself.

    • Deontay Wilder floored/stopped every man he ever faced
    • Tyson Fury became the A-side of boxing by defeating Deontay Wilder
    • Snickered Super Welter Andy Ruiz KTFO Anthony Joshua
    • Deontay Wilder KO Anthony Joshua with any right

Wilder: Cherrypicked nearly all his championship fights. Rocked by Molina, outboxed by Washington, dropped by Sconiers, nearly stopped by Ortiz and had to be given unfair recovery time, hurt by Fury every time he landed a pillowfisted shot. AJ would spark him clean out and do it early and and in good fashion. Man has zero defence and his guard is shockingly bad.

Most HW rapidly decline after 35
