obviously. im just relying on my 45+ years as a hard core boxing fan to predict an outcome from what i can plainly see. im pretty accurate the large majority of the time, thats where my apparent confidence comes from. but yes, unforeseen events happen all the time and nobody gets them all right. still, ive got my money on aj. heck, i got my money on ruiz, should fury ever get in the ring with him.
fury doesnt hit hard enough to deter ruiz aggression, and would be at a big disadvantage in close, due to his long arms, where ruiz handspeed would be impossible to deal with. he wouldnt be able to tie him up either, ruiz is too strong and his lower center of gravity would easily keep fury off balance, where he would have nothing on his punches.
i dont believe so. the 2 fighters present different problems. thats why i dont say "if wallin can have that type of success, ruiz planks him."
from a pure boxing perspective, ruiz is better than all of them. but he is at a physical disadvantage against them. a disadvantage his pure talent can overcome to be competitive, and sometimes win.
that should tell you what the talent level is at hw. this guy was hw champ. and anyone with the head movement you described should be ko'ed every time he steps in the ring, yet...he was hw champ of the world.
AJ is huge liability. It only takes one grossly obese Mexican to scramble his brains again. Cash him out while his name means something. Fury needs to happen NOW.
He rarely gets too involved in the "trash talk". Which was my point, he's pretty much paying Fury no mind, which in itself will probably pi55 Fury off far more than if he were to actually respond. Fury will obviously try the mind games but if Joshua doesn't bite, Fury has failed. Pretty basic human psychology.
