The only possible answer is Jose Mantequilla Napoles....he was better than Tito Trinidad ever was.

    Assuming we are talking welterweight
    All time Napoles
H2H still Napoles but much closer
Trinidad is a great fighter too though, I really like him.

Tito is a big welterweight. He is around 156-158 at fight night. He will have a 6-8 pound advantage against Napoles.

Trinidad was one of the greatest offensive welterweights in history. But that offensive firepower hid a lot of weaknesses. Weaknesses that became more apparent as he went up in weight.
Napoles had very few weaknesses. His biggest issues was he size at welterweight and he could be cut.
Competition is very debatable, Lewis, Cokes, Backus, Griffith? Are they much better if at all than Whitaker, Carr,Vargas, Wright,Camacho Sr, and Deloyhoya? As I said debatable other than Griffith.
Eye test? Of course Napoles could do everything in the boxing ring. He could bang or box, inside or from distance.
I believe Napoles was a better fighter, he looks better , more skilled than Trinidad. But the gulf isn't as wide as some make it seem. And I definitely wouldn't bet the house on Napoles if he fought Trinidad prime vs prime.
I think quite a few are selling Trinidad short in this post.

Great post. H2H having the kind of punch Trinidad was an equalizer. Size, speed, stamina and devastating punching power.
