It is what it is. I just find it hilarious that people think Aj and Hearn are hiding in a storm cellar trying to avoid making the fury fight at all costs
For heart you would have to say Fury. Dropped by Cunningham, Pjakic, Wilder but still came back. Got out boxed by McDermott but won the rematch fairly. Got busted open by Wallin and was struggling with him but did enough to win. Next I would say is povetkin. AJ showed good heart against Wlad.
All on the list have showed great heart. The only one I do question is AJ in his seemingly reluctance(?) to really want to continue against Ruiz hence the ref stopping the fight. It is subjective I know and we'll never really know what was going on inside his head at that precise moment in time but to me his demeanour and body language suggested he'd had enough, The ref obviously saw it that way too and decided to stop it. He did show great heart in getting off the canvas against Klitschko though so I'm not stating his lack of heart as fact , I'm just questioning it in the Ruiz fight. The one on the list who for me stands out is Del Boy. Ok, I am biased as I do like the bloke but he's probably the most limited in talent. He's lost more fights than you can shake a stick at but it hasn't put him off!. As long as he's motivated (don't confuse lack of heart with lack of motivation of which he could be guilty of at times) he'll fight anyone, anywhere. And considering his limitations he'll give it his all.
I think it'd be easier to say who has the least amount of heart than the most. Most of the current crop of HWs show the ability and the "want" to fight through adversity, and or the ability to get planted and get back at up and go in for more. Only a couple of them haven't...........I won't mention the names of the ones who have folded under pressure.................we know who they are.
