    100 push ups
    100 sit ups
    100 Squats
    10KM run

With no air conditioning in summer to build mental toughness and to save money, the catch is... you must do it every... single.. day... without rest that is the price for unlimited power.

Just a warning your hair will fall out in all likelihood.

    No AC is tough.
I was at a gym in south Texas one summer. The gym was brick and sheet metal and it was 105F and humid as hell every day. We were training in an oven.
Every afternoon we would sit around and tell lies until the breeze started shaking the leaves in the trees.
Then we'd open the rolling door so the breeze would blow through and get the temperature down to about 225 degrees.
I'd sweat off 10 pounds every evening.

Find a boxing gym. Hitting a speed bag, heavy bag, reflex bag, road work, or better yet Beach ( If you live close to one) work, sit ups, push up, neck bridges, rope training shadow boxing etc, are all excellent tools to use.
But the most important tool is getting in the ring in a reputable boxing gym, under reputable trainers, and learning HOW to fight, learning the basics, the jab, the right, the left hook the very basics of punching.
SPARRING! Getting good at what YOU do best! Find a gym.

They say the best way to develop tough skin and prevent cut-prone brows is to soak your face in a pot of urine. Not sure if it has to be your own.

I'll echo finding a good gym and trainer and people to work with. When I was a teenager I thought I could train at home, in my small town, in my garage on bags. When I finally got to a gym, in a bigger town 20 miles away, I got my butt kicked sparring the first day I went in.
