I agree. I think Thompson doesn't hit hard enough to trouble Klitschko. nor do I think he is fast enough.

Klitschko should look impressive here.

 

Klitschko is getting 8 million EUR
Thompson is getting 500,000 EUR

He didn't take the shirt off because he simply must have fat around the waist... Tony T has no time left for a big title shot and that's the main reason he takes Wlad now. TT was supposed to get Iggy in there but the russian took Holyfield instead and then Wladimir... If TT let this chance get away, it would be Povetkin and maybe another titlist later.
I say Thompson is not even gonna challenge Wladimir physically because if he doesn't get off fast enough, his height is going to work against him right against Wlad's jab... And by the way Wladimir pushed him back twice easily, it seems that he is to put that left hand in TT's face as long as it lasts and no matter how aggressive the american jumps in.

hi all. i'm new here.

i just surfed through some youtube stuff to see thompson. the only time i had seen him before was on Best Damn Fight Night.

i was hoping to be slightly impressed so i could get fired up for the fight

unforunately, this guy looks like a tomato can. i do not foresee good things for Mr Tony Thompson.

Yeah, from what I have seen of Thompson he just doesn't stand much of a chance against Wlad. He is too slow and doesn't have the firepower or speed of hand or foot to trouble Wlad. I'm looking for Klitschko to look impressive in this fight and I hope it doesn't go beyond 5 rounds.
