It doesn't matter to me, I was just poking a little gentle fun .We are more reserved here in the UK ,and reticent about our qualities, though I'm sure you did not intend it to appear as such ,your post came over as "blowing your own trumpet" to put it in the Brit vernacular.

I also said I was complete out of shape today. However as a 18-21 year old my tendency to overdo everything I do certainly was evident in the manner in which I was working out....to excess. But never did I ever think I was doing enough as crazy as that sounds

I had a desk job for 7 years, to compensate I used to do press ups [push ups,] 50 at a time, sometimes 400 a day.One day walking around the garden in T shirt,my then wife said ." you've started to walk like an ape ,as though you are carrying something under each arm," ,the muscles under my arms and across my shoulders bulked unnaturally.I think its pretty easy to get obsessed when you train,if I missed a session I would try and do twice as much the next day.Now I haven't a muscle to be seen!

I always concentrated on leg work in the gym. Heavy squats, leg extensions and curls. I got into using a computerized stationary bicycle for a while and would go through the hardest course of hill after hill.....my legs would burn so much I would think I seriously injured myself. Again I never appreciated the shape I was in. Today the most I do is a 1-2 mile run around the neighborhood.

Yes, did very well. Marciano had heart, he liked to get stuck in. Against a Tyson, Tua, Lewis, Foreman and a couple of other s, I don't see him winning.
But respect to the man for beating everyone in front of him.

Page probably had more power than Walcott. And I don't think being dropped at 37 years of age is a big deal.

I think he is being humble, his body fact % was a actually -7%! At 155 pounds he carried about 172 pounds of muscle. It was during this time that he discovered that he could run faster up hill than down.

You could put Wlad Klitschko, Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson all in the same ring with Marciano at their best and tell them to take out the Rock. The Rock would then just tuck his chin and with the steely grim determination of a spartan warrior he would wade into them fists flying until one by one he was the last man standing. That was the level of Rocky’s determination.

    :)

Push ups are for the most part an endurance exercise it sounds like you are either lying or had excellent genes for bodybuilding, with your integrity at stake I like to think it’s the latter.
