4 KO wins in his first 4 fights. 6 foot 4.5 in height. Only 24 years old. What do you all think of Frank Warren's new heavyweight prospect? Potential to go all the way or just another hype job?
I saw him fight a fat bloke on the undercard of Dubois versus Joyce, and I cannot say I was much impressed.
Is he as good as Frank said Dubois was? If so he must be F brilliant, best young HW anyone has ever seen, he’s ready now to fight AJ or Fury.
One thing he has going for him he is a much better talker than DDD. I imagine he will be quite easy to market.
I thought he put on a great performance in his last fight. He also has a good personality, better than AJ. As he is likeable, genuine and not scripted. He looks very good. But I have seen too many prospects over the years to over estimate someone before they have stepped up. I would say at least British/European level.
I think he is the real deal and will at least win a British I would like to see him in with Wadley down the line
Does he have the same sports doctor as Dianabol Dubois? Nobody will really know how good he is for quite a while yet. He'll be fed doormen for a good while yet.
He looks the part. He has a nice story to help build a following. Just have to be wary of calling him the next AJ etc. knowing that he's being very cautiously built, rightly so at this stage. I think I have his ring walk music sorted (timestamped) This content is protected
He is British level max, not sure about his amateur career, but he is an explosive fighter but can see him getting unstuck against anyone with decent technical ability. Wardley has a higher ceiling for sure, looks like a natural boxer. Adeleye looks all muscle.
Nice kid, good personality, seems to be quite spiteful as well in his work/attitude. He’s very quick and looks to have a decent dig. However, I worry whether he will be naturally big enough when he steps up. Time will tell, but I will watch with interest.
I've been saying for a while that Wardley is a real dark horse. He's got obvious, natural fighting ability which already gives you an 'advantage' over most fighters in and around your level. He's also a student of the game judging by the interviews I've seen and pretty bright so should pick up things quickly in training. Adeleye looks the part and seems like a good kid with plenty of ambition. I just hope he has the right people around him and he should do well.
