And this is why the WBA (regular) belt means absolutely zilch. This is why it is not required to be the undisputed champion, because it means as much as being the WBC Silver belt holder or WBO intercontinental.

It feels just like old times watching a fighter rue the day he got involved with Don King... Zero sympathy for Charr though.

Overall I think I enjoyed reading this thread and esp the RBR's from the usual suspects more than I likely would watching those two actually fight. Well done gentlemen.

 

Bryan was a solid 30lbs heavier than his career average.

Even he didn't think this fight was going to happen!

 

Some championship fight when a former champion who's almost 45 and hasn't fought in almost 4 years would almost certainly mop the floor with both competitors.
