    We all know a prime Wlad would more than likely have decimated Wilder but what about the older one who was a good few years past his best? I personally think even a 41 year old Klitschko would still have sparked Wilder. He would have had an absolute field day with Wilders leaky guard, poor footwork and low punch resistance.

    Wlad vs Joshua was pretty decent IMO, past his very best of course but probably off the top of my head the best aged 40+ fighter i've seen, certainly in excellent [arguably improbably good] physical shape. I'd certainly pick him to beat current Wilder, who's 34 himself now and at his best relied on athleticism [the biomechanics of those huge windmills were far from straightforward] quite a bit.

    What kinda annoys me is how people just write off AJ’s win against Wlad because he was old. AJ took him in only his 19th pro fight. Had never been past 7 rounds before in his entire boxing career, only had 43 amateur fights and been pro 3 and a half year’s compared to Klitschko’s like 200 amateur fights, 68 pro fights and 21 years professional experience. AJ was so inexperienced. Wilders own manager said in 2015 Wilder wasn’t ready for him despite being 33-0 a world champ and been pro 7 years. AJ did well to win that fight was a big risk. Wilder fans give him credit for beating an old Ortiz who isn’t half the fighter Klitschko was.

    All of the bodybuilder's past accomplishment were erased the day he was destroyed by that short fat blob Ruiz, and literally ran away in the rematch.

    Ruiz is a good fighter though. I think he could definitely beat Whyte, Wilde, Parker on his day.

    No Klitschko’s style is tailor made for Ruiz. He’d just jab him and **** his face up and would land bombs from range. Wlad does really well against short guys with small reaches. Would clinch whenever Ruiz got up close. Would be similar to Klitschko Povetkin except Ruiz might be stopped.

    Any version of Wlad aged 20 - 40 destroys any version of Wilder.

    Wlad would keep him on the backfoot with his jab, feint then smash him down the pipe with a right hand. If the first one doesn't drop him, the second or third would, and so long as he doesn't get sloppy I can't see too much coming back from Wilder to trouble him. It'd be a pretty one sided and clinical fight without too many surprises.

    I'll take Wlad. I wouldn't rule Wilder out 100 percent but would certainly have picked Wlad at the time

    41 year ago old Wladimir by KO definitely. Skill difference between the two of the is vast. We have seen Wilder look very poor against substandard boxer like Washington, Molina, Duhipas that Polish guy I have forgot the name of now etc
