That's the reason he loses. Trading with Frazier just isn't a good idea for anyone.

A smaller man swarming straight into a big man with a good chin and dangerous offensive arsenal isn’t gonna end well for the smaller guy. This is common sense

BS, Bowe lays him out, the uppercuts alone inside will take Fraziers head off, Eddie Futch btw agreed with me.

Bowe's chin is also far superior to Fraziers, end off, even when washed up and shot, he was never bounced around like a ping pong ball.

Bowe had a poor defense ? LOL, is that the reason Fraziers head looked like a moon crater in all his signature fights ?

Frazier fought exactly ONE Super Heavy who rolled him like a kid...............Bowe is a superior skilled and even bigger version then Foreman except power.................Bert Cooper simply quit against the "Biggest puncher of the World" comeback Foreman while Bowe knocked him the F out in the second round.............Bowe can really crack and is the only man to stop Holyfield face down and out cold. Fact.

Best vs best Bowe will stop Frazier and Eddie Fuch would be in Bowe's corner, guaranteed.

BTW, MIke Gerald Tyson would trade with Frazier and stop him in no time, Frazier aint got the chin against exceptional fire power.

I agree, yes Biw did have a bad defence, but Frazier was not good at walking people onto punches, his game was force them back and forcing the openings and that would be a bad idea against Bowe because of the huge weight advantage for Bowe and also the fact that Bow could measure them with the jab and walk them onto punches, especially the uppercut, I just see Bowe getting off mid range uppercuts before Frazier can get off inside bodyshots and hooks expose the bad defence of Bowe, I don’t see Bowe’s defence being exposed in this fight and yes Holyfield did give Bowe issues on the inside, but he was counterpunching on the inside and timing his punches, the way to expose Bowe’s defence was counterpunches

I’ve always thought Bowe was a very tough matchup for Frazier. Very good jab, terrific uppercuts and infighting. Bowe’s defense was leaky, but a little better on the inside than the outside.

But the corner thing is an interesting thing. Where is Futch going to be?

Bowe is a bad style match up for Frazier. Doesn't mean he's a sure fire pick to win.

    It's a 50/50 fight IMO.

Where did Futch say Bowe beats Frazier

Frazier hits harder than Holyfield and was able to put Ali down and Ali had an iron chin ... Frazier was only really beaten badly by Foreman who is more powerful than Bowe and didn't allow Frazier to get into range. Bowe was a combination puncher that KOed via accumulation and attrition. He didn't have elite power or one shot KO power like Foreman.

Tyson vs Frazier has nothing to do with this. Tyson had more one punch power than Bowe and didn't get hit like Bowe did. Bowe was shot as a boxer before 30 because he took so many punches .... Frazier is going to land the left hook all night long and it's not going to be pretty for Bowe

BTW, Bowe KO'ed Holyfield face down and OUT cold with ONE shot..................the only time Holyfiled was ever stopped on the canvas.

Frazier put down Ali because he wore him down round by round with left hooks and was breaking him down with body shots. Frazier has good power but if i remember correctly Holyfield made Ray Mercer take a knee lol, the same Iron chin Ray Mercer who ate left hooks from morrison. Bowe would be forced on the backfoot by frazier but Bowe is a better inside fighter and has put down multiple Super Heavy Weights. Look up Riddick Bowe vs Bert Cooper. Fraizer would be setting the pace but as the fight goes on Bowes power and size advantage would start to shine.

Does size really count as a style match up ?

Well size can affect someone's style. But besides the style im just taking size into account

So obviously you'd take Bowe over peak Tyson. This is, of course, common sense.
